சிறப்பாக பணிபுரிந்த 377 ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு, பள்ளிக்கல்வி அமைச்சர் வீரமணி, ராதாகிருஷ்ணன் விருது வழங்கினார்.

பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை சார்பில், சென்னையில் ஆசிரியர் தின விழா நடந்தது. துறை முதன்மை செயலர் சபிதா தலைமை தாங்கினார். பள்ளிக்கல்வி இயக்குனர் ராமேஸ்வர முருகன் வரவேற்றார்.

சிறப்பாக பணிபுரிந்த 377 ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு, பள்ளிக்கல்வி அமைச்சர் வீரமணி, டாக்டர் ராதாகிருஷ்ணன் விருதுகளை வழங்கினார். இந்த விருது, 5,000 ரூபாய் ரொக்கம், வெள்ளி பதக்கம் மற்றும் பாராட்டு மடல் ஆகியவை அடங்கும். அமைச்சர் பேசுகையில், "கல்வியில், தமிழகத்தை முதலிடத்திற்கு கொண்டு வரும் வகையில் தமிழக அரசு, பல நடவடிக்கைகளை எடுத்து வருகிறது.

கடந்த மூன்று ஆண்டுகளில் 53,258 ஆசிரியர் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். ஆசிரியர், சமுதாய உணர்வுடன் பணியாற்றி, தமிழகத்தின் புகழை உலகளவில் எடுத்துச்செல்ல வேண்டும்" என்றார்.

முன்னதாக, சென்னை மாவட்ட கலெக்டர் சுந்தரவல்லி, தேசிய ஆசிரியர் நல நிதிக்கு 3 லட்சம் ரூபாய்க்கான காசோலையை அமைச்சரிடம் வழங்கினார்.

விழாவில், அனைவருக்கும் கல்வித் திட்ட இயக்குனர் பூஜா குல்கர்னி, தொடக்க கல்வி இயக்குனர் இளங்கோவன், ஆசிரியர் கல்வி ஆராய்ச்சி, பயிற்சி நிறுவன இயக்குனர் கண்ணப்பன், ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரிய உறுப்பினர் அறிவொளி உட்பட பலர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

இடைநிலை, பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனத்துக்கு தடை விதித்து தனி நீதிபதி பிறப்பித்த உத்தரவை எதிர்த்து தமிழக அரசு ஐகோர்ட்டில் ‘அப்பீல்’ செய்துள்ளது.

இடைநிலை, பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனத்துக்கு ‘வெயிட்டேஜ்’ மதிப்பெண் வழங்கும் நடைமுறையை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும், தகுதித்தேர்வில் பெற்ற மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் பணி நியமனம் மேற்கொள்ள உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என்றும் மதுரை சொக்கிகுளத்தை சேர்ந்த ஜெயகிருஷ்ணா உள்பட 18 பேர் மதுரை ஐகோர்ட்டு கிளையில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்தனர்.

மனுவை விசாரித்த தனி நீதிபதி, ‘பட்டதாரி, இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர் பணிக்கான கவுன்சிலிங்கை நடத்திக்கொள்ளலாம். ஆனால், யாருக்கும் பணி நியமன உத்தரவு வழங்கக்கூடாது. ஏற்கனவே நடந்த கவுன்சிலிங்கின் போது பணி நியமன உத்தரவு வழங்கப்பட்டு இருந்தால் அவர்கள் பணியில் சேர தடை விதிக்கப்படுகிறது’ என்று நேற்று முன்தினம் உத்தரவிட்டார்.

இந்த நிலையில் தமிழக அரசின் அட்வகேட் ஜெனரல் சோமையாஜி நேற்று நீதிபதிகள் எம்.ஜெயச்சந்திரன், ஆர்.மகாதேவன் ஆகியோர் முன்பு ஆஜராகி, தனி நீதிபதியின் உத்தரவை எதிர்த்து அரசு சார்பில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்ய உள்ளதாகவும், அந்த மனுவை அவசர மனுவாக எடுத்துக்கொண்டு உடனே விசாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் கேட்டுக்கொண்டார்.

இதைத்தொடர்ந்து, மனுவை தாக்கல் செய்யும்படி கூறிய நீதிபதிகள், அவ்வாறு மனுவை தாக்கல் செய்து விசாரணைக்கு பட்டியலிடும் பட்சத்தில் விசாரணைக்கு எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படும் என்று தெரிவித்தனர். கோர்ட்டு பணி நேரம் முடிவடையும் நேரம் (மாலை 4.45 மணி) வரை ‘அப்பீல்’ மனு விசாரணைக்கு பட்டியலிடப்படவில்லை.

இதனால், தமிழக அரசின் ‘அப்பீல்’ மனு இன்று விசாரணைக்கு எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படலாம் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
